This kit consists of "Cleaner", "Dye Penetrant" and "Developer" which is used for non destructive testing of cracks and micron sized flaws on the surfaces, which may appear after welding, casting, forging, machining operations etc. It can be used for testing various components made from ferrous, non ferrous, glass, ceramic alloys etc. The product is free from sulphur and chloride and conforms to ASTM E 165 and IS 3658 for the code of practice for liquid penetration flow detection. This has capability of detection cracks as micron deep on Ni - Cr test panels.

Ideal product for "ON LINE" cleaning and degreasing of metallic, bakelite, hard plastic electrical systems, motor casings, connections, bus bars. Not recommended on polystyrene, Acrylic, soft plastic relays, limit switch based on ABS. Trial is recommended before use on such type of material.
