  • Qualification- B.Com/ P.G Diploma in logistics /Material Handling, GST & Export Management
  • Experience- More than 5 Years
  • Responsibilities-
    1. Commercial Knowledge BG preparation as per clients requirement and understanding of BG clause. Purchase Order & Work Order Terms and condition read understand and noting. GST rules as per requirement of our business. Debtors Ledger Reconciliation. Payment follow up with clients. Maintain Assessment documentation. Record keeping.
    2. Invoicing – Packing list preparation, Eway bill preparation, SO preparation, PI preparation for advance payment collection, Dispatch coordination with Marketing team,Production & Client.
    3. Projects – As per site planning material, consumable and site equipment arrangement with coordination of project team & Accountability of site equipment and material send for project job, Material dispatch monitoring project dispatch as per schedule and as per projected
    4. Transport Arrangement – Transport negotiate. Transport bill passing, New transporter searching & developing
    5. Dispatch Planning – Inform to concern before dispatch tentative date. Payment status check with Account before dispatch, Material dispatch, Dispatch details provide to concern, Document collection and provide to concern, document collection & provide to concern.
    6. Export invoicing – Document preparation export as per rule.
    7. Co-ordinate with inter department and other department
    8. Material dispatch tracking till consignment reached at site
    9. ISO documentation knowledge
  • Location- Ludhiana / Chandigarh
  • Qualification- DME/ B Tech in Mechanical.
  • Experience- 2-3 Years in Sales & Marketing of Industrial Products (In Electrode or Coating field)
  • Responsibilities-To visit customers, generate inquiries, Follow-up of cases, preparation of offers, negotiation, order finalization, communicate with HO, Manager & Customers effectively. Promotion of our products. Arranging / supervising various demonstrations at customer premises. Maintaining good relations with existing Customers for repeat orders and generate new application.
