  • Position:Asst. Manager Sales /Sales Engineer
  • Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
  • Position Overview: Co-ordination with all technicians, dealer, shortlisting of prospective dealers, visiting customers on regular basis and generating maintenance and repair business, commercial budget jobs.
  • Experience: 05 to 09 years
  • Age: 30 + years
  • Qualification: D.M.E./ B.E. (Mech.)
  • Place of Posting:Paradeep, Odisha
  • Responsibilities:To establish & monitor sales as well as dealer network.Conduct technical seminar, implementation of strategy for increase in sales volume and level of motivation of the team. Developing contacts with the end users, generating regular monthly business. Co-ordination with dealers, shortlisting of prospective dealers, visiting customers on regular basis.
  • Key requirements: Exposure to Thermal power plants, Petro chemicals,cements, steel & sugar plants. Should have good communication skills. Computer proficient. Must have his own vehicle. Proficient in local languages.
  • Personal Characteristics:Self driven, good interpersonal skills, Time Management, smart communication, analytical ability & team building ability. Capable of smart working.
